VENUE Requirements
In an effort to provide an exceptional, flawless guest experience, we REQUIRE that all events onsite select a Caterer/Bar Service, DJ, and Wedding Planner (if applicable) from our preferred vendor list. Our catering partners will take care of the setup, breakdown, and cleanup of the venue based on the final executed floor plan. Due to the historic nature of our venue, our acoustics are challenging, which is why we require a DJ from the list.
deposit policy/RESERVATION PROCESS
A signed contract and (a non-refundable retainer - 50% of the total payment) are due to reserve the space for your event. The final balance is due 90 post-booking, along with an additional refundable security deposit for damage or excess cleaning ($500). We do not hold or reserve dates without a contract and deposit.
DISCOUNTS
We offer discounts for active military/veterans and teachers.
event insurance
Event insurance is required to cover the day of your event and is noted in our contract.
