VENUE Requirements
In an effort to provide an exceptional, flawless guest experience, we REQUIRE that all events onsite select a Caterer, Bar Service, DJ, and Wedding Planner from our preferred vendor list. We do not allow outside vendors for these categories. Our catering partners will take care of the setup, breakdown, and cleanup of the venue based on the final executed floor plan. We are a BYOB venue (which means you’re able to bring the party) and our preferred caterer/preferred bar service partner will provide the bar service for your event. The acoustics of our space are challenging due to the historic nature of the venue which is why we require a DJ from the list! We promise that you will love each of these vendors - they are professional, lovely and so much fun to work with!
deposit policy/RESERVATION PROCESS
A signed contract and (a non-refundable retainer of $2,000) are due to book/reserve the space for your event. The balance is due within 90 days of booking, along with an additional refundable security deposit for damage or excess cleaning ($500).
DISCOUNTS
We are thankful for the men and women who fight for our country and protect us on a daily basis. We offer Military: Active Duty and Veterans discounts. We cannot thank you enough for your service.
event insurance
Event insurance is required to cover the day of your event and is noted in our contract.
